Alice has earned this honor because she has demonstrated a strong interest and passion for writing and science. Alice has challenged herself by taking many advanced courses including Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate and is ranked in the top 10% of her class. This award is for $5,000 per year upon enrollment, as well as the book Silent Spring by Rachel Carson. Congratulations Alice! #GHSBlog
